The SOUL Assessment
A twelve-domain assessment that documents life events across four developmental depths — scoring the impact of each event on the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious domains of your soul, routing you to an evidence-based treatment pathway.
The Architecture
Twelve Domains · Three Containers
The soul is not monolithic. The SOUL Assessment examines twelve distinct domains organized across three containers — from the conscious faculties you directly engage, to the subconscious drives beneath the surface, to the unconscious core of your inner life.
Conscious
5 domainsThe domains you are directly aware of and can deliberately engage.
Mind
The conscious thinking faculty — reasoning, memory, and cognitive processing.
Intellect
The capacity for understanding, analysis, and comprehension of truth.
Imagination
The faculty of forming mental images, visions, and internal representations.
Emotions
The affective response system — feelings, emotional reactions, and regulation.
Will
The volitional faculty — choosing, deciding, and exercising intentional agency.
Subconscious
4 domainsThe domains operating beneath the surface, shaping behavior from underneath.
Motivations
Underlying drives and desires that propel behavior beneath conscious awareness.
Intentions
The purposive orientation behind actions — what you truly aim to accomplish.
Behaviors
Recurring patterns of action and reaction operating below conscious deliberation.
Values
Core beliefs and principles that shape what you prioritize and esteem.
Unconscious
3 domainsThe deepest domains — the hidden architecture of your inner life.
Passions
Deep, often unnamed longings and desires energizing the soul at its deepest level.
Nature
The fundamental constitution and temperament of your soul — your essential makeup.
Heart
The core of personhood — the seat of identity, worship, and spiritual sensitivity.

How It Works
The Assessment Process
Step 1
Request & Approval
Submit a request through your member portal. An advisor reviews and approves your request, and any applicable fee is processed.
Step 2
72-Hour Preparation
Complete a 72-hour spiritual fast with daily recording (8 hours/day across three days) to prepare your heart for what the Holy Spirit will surface.
Step 3
Complete the Assessment
Document life events across four developmental depths, score twelve soul domains per event, and complete the Heart Domain Five G assessment.
Step 4
Clinician Review & Advisement
A trained clinician reviews your results, prepares a treatment plan, and schedules an advisement session to walk you through your pathway.
Evidence-Based Routing
Treatment Pathway Bands
Your aggregate trauma impact score across all documented events routes you to an appropriate treatment pathway — from SOUL Ministry only, to concurrent or sequential mental health referral.
SOUL Ministry Only
Lowest band — inner healing work within SOUL Ministry alone.
SOUL Ministry + Group
SOUL Ministry with additional group processing.
SOUL Ministry + Group & Individual
Combined group and individual sessions alongside SOUL Ministry.
Mental Health Referral — Tier 1
Concurrent care with ROI-based clinician coordination. SOUL Ministry continues.
Mental Health Referral — Tier 2
Sequential care — SOUL Ministry paused. For severe scores or active clinical referral gates.
Any active Clinical Referral Gate (suicidality, psychosis, ongoing abuse, severe dissociation) automatically places you in Tier 2 regardless of score, pausing SOUL Ministry for sequential mental health care.
The Heart Domain — Five G Model
Within the SOUL Ministry treatment category, the Heart domain operates through five progressive stages: Ground, Garden, Garrison, Graveyard, and Government.
The Government stage requires engagement with the Courts of Heaven protocol as part of your treatment pathway.
